TraderJack is in early access (live beta). This policy covers all users of the TraderJack platform, including early access and waitlist members. Full product privacy terms will be published before general availability.

1. What we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. That is the only personal data we collect at this stage.

2. How we use it

To notify you when TraderJack launches or early access opens
To send occasional product updates (you can unsubscribe at any time)
To fulfill your early access offer if you are in the first 100 signups

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties. We may use a transactional email provider to deliver messages on our behalf; they are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

4. Data retention

We retain your email address until you unsubscribe or request deletion. To remove your data, email us at contact@traderjack.ai with the subject "Delete my data".

5. Your rights (GDPR / CAN-SPAM)

You may unsubscribe from any email using the unsubscribe link included in every message
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time
EU/EEA residents have additional rights under GDPR - contact us to exercise them
