1. Acceptance

By joining the TraderJack waitlist or using any TraderJack service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Waitlist and early access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product. Early access offers (including the free month of Pro for the first 100 signups) are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to modify or cancel offers at any time prior to fulfillment.

3. No financial advice

The Service provides journaling tools only. The AI assistant (Jack) does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any recommendations regarding the purchase or sale of securities, currencies, commodities, or any other financial instruments. Jack AI is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or commodity trading adviser. You acknowledge that any actions you take based on your use of the Service are made entirely at your own risk and discretion. TraderJack and its operators expressly disclaim all liability for any trading losses or investment decisions made by users.

4. Acceptable use

• You may not use TraderJack for any unlawful purpose
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our systems
• You may not submit false or misleading information

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraderJack and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any information provided.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
